What do I need to be able to use this service?

Start your registration by creating an account on our client portal and activating it. You must have some official documents (current INE, proof of tax status, among others) according to your business line. Once you complete your registration, in 2 business days our team will complete the validation, you will be able to view the status of your registration in the panel. Upon completing the validation, you will be given access to Production Mode (otherwise you will remain in Test Mode). The next step will be to integrate OXXO PAY to your site or mobile application. We have detailed documentation articles on our help portal to guide you. Once integrated, create a test order in Sandbox. This helps you validate that you have successfully integrated OXXO PAY.

This service works through an integration within your platform, website or application, where the OXXO PAY option will remain visible within your Checkout and in this way your customers will be able to generate a cash payment reference which they must go to settle at the nearest OXXO store.
